This property was was not making any money when we recieved it. 7 months no rent. 

We stepped in, took over management, and immediately addressed the issue. The tenant was told clearly: either get current and follow the rules, or move out. Once the tenant understood that there was now a real system in place, she started paying.

The property was first leased on March 2022 The original stayed 27 months and , the new one has been there 18 months so far.
